Having descended into the underworld, faced her fears, and survived, she emerges transformed. Bathed in blood, her body dissolves into raw, visceral fragments, evoking survival, gendered violence, and the inescapable connection to menstruation. Horror’s *Final Girl* is both victim and victor, a figure shaped by trauma yet refusing to be defined by it.
